I love getting emails and phone calls that start with "We're thinking about relocating to Brevard" because it opens the door for me to tell people why we love living here so much.  All the real estate numbers, information about homes and land for sale in the Brevard area, information about things to do in Brevard, and what we can do to help them relocate to Brevard all come later because it's the quality life here that really matters.
We relocated to Brevard six years ago from the Tampa Bay area of Florida. We had lived there for 30+ years and watched the area grow, and grow, and grow...to the point that it bore little resemblance to the Florida we first got to know in the early 1970's. The heat, humidity, hurricanes, and hectic life style eventually got to us so when we were able to make a permanent move to Brevard, we jumped right to it. So today, when I talk about Brevard it starts with the small town feel and the people who live here because the change was so profound for us.
