Sports in South Florida
If you are a sports fan - South Florida is the place for you.  All the pro-sports can be seen here year round in their own stadiums, there's something for everyone here - and lets not forget The Superbowl, which will be hosted in Miami on February 4, 2007 in our own Proplayer stadium.
NBA BASKETBALL:
The Miami Heat are the 2006 NBA Champions Stadium:  American Airlines Arena
 
 
 
NFL FOOTBALL:
The Miami Dolphins
Stadium:  Dolphin Stadium
**will host Superbowl XLI on 2/4/07**
 
 
 
NHL HOCKEY:
Florida Panthers
Stadium:  Bank Atlantic Center
(formerly known as the Office Depot Center)
 
 
MLB BASEBALL:
Florida Marlins
Stadium:  currently borrowing Proplayer Stadium until they have a home of their own.
 
For TENNIS LOVERS, the Sony Ericson Open will be held March 21-April 1 2007 in Key Biscayne. (former NASDAQ-100 OPEN)
 
GOLF:  The Doral Golf Resort and Spa will host the PGA tour.
 
And although not pro - I cannot leave my Alma matter out - The University of Miami Hurricanes
