Today a picture of the "Little Engine that Could" came to mind as the phone calls and emails about 5 pending closings kept coming. I think the appraiser will provide an update on the sales price. I think the loan will get through underwriting in time. I think the settlement company will straighten out the survey questions. I think the HAP will approve the final HUD-1. I think the builder will finish the punch list. I think I can-I think I canAnd then I think I'll collapse with an adult beverage.
