Dane County condos sales were lower in August compared to August of 2010. Our August condo report will be published in about a week.
Our latest Dane County pending condos sales report suggests condos sales in September will be similar to the sales levels from last September, a low volume month by historical standards.
Selling a condo remains a very challenging proposition. Supply is high. Demand is low. Consequently today's buyers have a tremendous amount of leverage. The condos selling right now are those that compete aggressively on price, the ones offering superb values that are heads and shoulders above the competition.
