Seller wants to sell property with 1031 exchange language in contract for disclosure purposes The proceeds of a sale go directly to qualified intermediary for 1031 Exchange such as Sun 1031 Seller has 45 days of closing to identify like minded property Seller has 180 days to close on property to finalize 1031 Exchange  I would like to hear from the Active Rain Community about their experiences with 1031 Exchanges both positive and negative.
