I just received a very exciting call!
I just got a phone call from an acquaintance who is planning on moving in the next few years.  His reason?  He wanted to know what kind of appliances to buy that would appeal to the widest range of buyers in the future!  YAAAAY!  So often my clients move ahead with repairs or renovations which can be costly but make decisions that won't pay them back their investment.  Examples include purchasing brand new white appliances where the market is preferring stainless steel, or white paint when buyers love the beige and creamy tones popular today.  Another future client just approached me and asked if I would come to his house and tell him what to focus on the prepare for marketing in the future.  I would love too!  Moving in the next few years?  Call me now!  I am happy to recommend repairs and improvements that will easily pay you back many times the investment!!
