Areas That We Work...New Harmony.....
I have done several blogs about the subdivisions in the Cedar City Real Estate Market that we work in.  We also work several cities and towns, New Harmony is no exception especially since the Broker opened a branch office in New Harmony.  We go down and work in that office at least once a month.  We prospect there and have listed homes there. 
New Harmony is in Washington County, but it is much closer to Cedar City than it is to St. George.  It is a community that consists of the older part of town which is a couple of miles West of Interstate 15 on State Hwy 144, and a newer area built much closer to the Interstate.  It is a quiet, laid back community.  It has some older homes and some very nice larger custom style homes on acreage.  There are still some farms and ranches in the area as well
As of 10/1/2011 there are 19 homes listed for sale in the New Harmony area, they range in price from $125,000 to $1,159,000.  There is a wide selection of the size of homes and acreage for sale.  It makes a great addition to the Cedar City Real Estate ... more
