Teravista in Round Rock Tx - This master planned community is situated on the rolling hills in Round Rock Texas.  There are many different varieties of homes here - gated communities, golf course lots, garden homes and many homes with views that span for miles and miles.  Many a beautiful sunset was enjoyed while sitting on a back deck in Teravista!
The Teravista golf course is an 18 hole Clifton-Ezell-Clifton design.  Recently awarded Beginner Friendly Course by the National Golf Course Owners Associaton, this course is great for players at any level.  Plenty of challenge for the experienced golfer and a fun experience for those just starting out!
Teravista hosts many fun community events for the neighborhood families such as the Teravista Fall Festival, the Teravista 5K and Kids Fun Run just to name a few.
So many nearby conveniences make this neighborhood very desireable!  The Round Rock Premium Outlet Mall is adjacent to the subdivsion as well as University Oaks - with stores such as Ikea, Office Max, Petsmart and so many more! One of my favorite spots is the University Commons where you can grab a bite to eat at places like Pei Wei, Freebirds or a coffee at Starbucks!
