Luxury Real Estate Marketing: Happy Friday

This is a picture of last Friday at the beach in Carpinteria, the temperature was in the high 70's at 4PM.  As we were leaving after a long walk, I spotted this row of chairs and it was a quintessential moment...Today it is drizzling and cloudy and so far the high has been 64 and we are wearing sweaters.  Hopefully, we will get another warm wave soon.
