As a Realtor, I get tired of listing undesirable homes. It can be taxing to list a home in a zip code where only 38% of listings sell or where homes can languish on the market for many many months. Ugh! In order to be more productive with my marketing, I decided to focus my efforts in neighborhoods that sell!!! Now don't get me wrong. If I get a phone call from a home seller who has a place to sell in "another" neighborhood I won't turn down an opportunity to help them out.
