There might be a few communiites bearing the same name,  more famous Chatswoth Village in Wellington Florida but I'm not sure there are any that represent better home Values. Chatsworth Village in Wellington Florida is a single family home community where all the homes sit on 1/4 acre homes sites ( a rare find in Florida).
The homes in Chatsworth Village were built by  a variety of local custom homes builders so the feel is more like a neighborhood than often found in othe area developments. Prices are quite reasonable.
Chatsworth Village is a botique sized single family home community that is nestled into the Western section of Wellington Florida. Chatsworth Village features mid priced single family homes, several of which are lakefront properties, all of the homes in Chatsworth Village are built on 1/4 acre home sites. All of the homes in Chatsworth Village are unique, built by several different custom home builders. With the variety of builders and designs, Chatswoth Village has a custom feel to it not often found in the newer Florida communities. There is no homeowners association in Chatsworth Village so you have the more opportunities to enhance the landscaping, design or even add on to your home
