When cruising down West Colfax it is easy to spot Davies Chuck Wagon Diner. This 1957, fully equipped diner was brought from a New Jersey manufacturer. Weighing 46 tons, it was shipped to Colorado by rail and placed on its present basement foundation and because of it's weight it is one of the only prefabricated diners shipped this far west. Now a historical landmark, the Chuck Wagon serves your favorite diner dishes with a side of hospitality. Stop by for the Chuck Wagon breakfast of Sirloin Steak, Eggs, Hashbrowns, and Toast for only $4.75! Breakfast is served all day; all at affordable prices. The lunch menu features the burgers, burritos, steaks and sides you crave. If you like hot sauce and mustard, you can pick up a bottle of Danny Cash's Habanero Hot Sauce or High Altitude Habanero Mustard!  There are three locations in the area: The Lakewood location is the original and features table top jukeboxes with all the 50's classics.
