The Earning Vehicle (source) Doesn't Matter....Having Your Time Back Does
I must admit I have enjoyed writing about my probate real estate business and what it has meant to my family over the last 23 years.  It has made the difference as this niche has kept me a top producing agent even during the downturn markets as well as a successful investor.   Probate Homes have not only kept me earning Six Figures but it has also allowed me to meet some great people (executors and heirs) and gave me a sense of accomplishment helping these people in their time of loss do whatever was in the best interest for their family.  It really  has been a blessing that I found this niche back in 1987.  I have passed my probate system on to many over the last 18 years.  I will continue to offer this info to agents and investors in hopes some will stick it out until they have success.  
What I want to talk about now is another Great Niche which came to me by a broker friend I know and trust.  This was a complete different business then what I have been doing for 38 years but the end result is actually better.  For the past ... more
