The inventory has somewhat plateaued because it only dropped by 124 units the previous month. October and the Autumn months are typically a slower time of year as school starts up and we head towards the holidays. New pendings still outpaced new listings for the 11th month in a row which is still a strong sign. Prices continue to remain steady. The median price is at $112,700 and the average price is at $152,800 which is about the same prices as they have been since May. No big appreciation but no big price drops either.
