These days as an agent in the Real Estate industry snapping some pics of your listing and posting them up on your companies website and the mls just isn't enough. You need to be able to not only get attention for your listing but compete with others in your field. Buyers are savvy these days and shopping online has grown tremendously and will continue to grow. 67% of buyers shop online prior to calling a agent. You and I both know that this number will grow. Given the fact that online prospects are so savvy, being inclined in the tech department of your business is very important. Think about this for a moment, your a prospective buyer and your looking at some property online. Would you be more prone to call a company who has snapped a few pictures of a property or a company that has a tour that makes you feel like you have walked through the property personally?
