Day 1 of 31 Days of December Challenge-Reviving Dead Leads. Since we have to write about something every day that we are doing to promote our business or do something that will make you successful in 2012,what I decided to do today is try to revive dead leads. Dead leads to me are leads that you have pretty much given up on after more than two years of staying in touch with them and yet they have not shown no interest whatsoever.    But you never know-THINGS CHANGE. Good example is someone who I have been in contact with for FIVE YEARS. Yes! Five years.After five years now,she is ready to buy a house. If only the loan officer can-That is another blog in itself right there:-) So today I decided to send out e-mails to these dead leads. So only three out of the 35 e-mails that I sent out today were bad e-mails. Here is an example of what I sent out today.
