Remember the movie with Olivia Newton John; "Grease"? Grease is not the word unless it's attached to Elbow! What am I talking about?
I went to a home today to take photos for a new listing. The location is ideal located just a few blocks from an appealing downtown district for dining and shopping with all kinds of cafes, restaurants and unique shops. As I pulled up into the driveway, I thought the curb appeal wasn't too bad, of course, not real good either, but okay.  I was greeted by a family member of owner and started my way through the home. Yuck, is the first word that comes to mind:
unmade Master bed with one crumpled sheet strewn across bed. a few pairs of mismatched shoes tossed over heavily stained carpeting that carpeted the entire home. dirty Bathroom & Kitchen smelly You get the idea After we left the home, my Photographer and I went to that appealing downtown district and sat at an outdoor cafe having coffee and delicious sweets discussing the condition of this home.
