Realty Five of Defiance believes we all have the responsibility to be active participants in making our community and our world a better place. YES... we are passionate about being "givers" which is why giving is a cornerstone of our business philosophy! That is why when we receive a commission for helping someone either purchase or sell real estate in the Defiance N.W. Ohio area we set aside 5% of our gross commissions to be given to the not-for-profit charity of our client's choice. The THANK YOU'S we receive is overwhelming & heartfelt...  our Thank You board is full & we couldn't be happier about that!

Realty Five of Defiance "We choose to give" program along with our buyers and sellers have had the joy of giving back $13,783.00 to our communities not-for-profit organizations and families in need of support! Oh, we are not finished yet... a couple more December closings will help us, help you by giving back even more!
