Be the Glue Not Part of the Puzzle
John McCormack has a great post about the Realtor (R) being the glue that holds the real estate puzzle together.  Sometimes the puzzle is an easy ten piece, but sometimes it is a very difficult 1000 piece.  Realtors (R)  try to move the pieces into place and glue them together.  Thanks John!
