Or maybe we could go with "All Things Aren't Exactly Whacked as They Appear"- inexactly whacked, if you will.  These recent cases from around here surely fit the bill for whichever moniker one chooses...

Mom faces charges, daughter missed nearly 2 years of school‏ Now, this case has gotten a good bit of attention, and understandably so.  Most of the recent attention has been due to the fact that the cops apparently arrested the wrong lady- locking up a lady with the same name, but no daughter at all.  Hard to have a daughter miss school when you don't have a daughter at all, huh?
Now, that is whacked!  But I think what has to take the whacked prize here is the comment from a neighbor in the story who's obviously a Father of the Year front-runner: 
“I mean two years? A couple of months okay. Two years? That’s too much. She needs to be arrested and prosecuted,” said neighbor Abe Desouza.
Beg to differ with you, Abe- a kid missing school for a couple of months is not okay.
