Teri Eckholm in Minnesota highlights a major point for all markets - including most certainly Atlanta, Buckhead and Sandy Springs resales factors. 
Tim Francis Realty LLC find it's a huge differential on a busy road.  I had a buyer find a property he thought we had to look at and send me the link.  Of course, it was on a very busy four lane road, which he didn't realize.  I made our list for showings, but told him it was a busy four lane road and the house didn't meet some other criteria he had, so we would drive by and see if it was worth setting up for our next time out. 
When we drove by he THANKED me profusely for NOT showing him that house.  He appreciated that besides just opening doors I am trying to help him make the best fiscal decision I can.  Now, if he doesn't mind a busy road, no issue, it's just that I really feel it's my responsibility to highlight a resale issue BEFORE he considers buying it.  I just sleep a lot better at night that way:-)
