How is the Seawatch Homes Market in 2012 Doing?

So far since a year ago list prices are down 25% from a year ago.  The last sale was in September 2011.  For some perspective view the market data going back to 2009 for seawatch homes.

With this somewhat of a boutique community not having many homes-- 113 -- one has be careful not to read too much into the data and reserve judgement.  As I develop instincts for this niche I'll have a lot more to say about it.
