It is with a heavy heart that I share with all of you that a home right here in Circle C Ranch in Austin TX was foreclosed on earlier this month.  That’s right – you read correctly.  A home right here our very own desirable neighborhood – one of the hottest places to buy inAustin this spring – was foreclosed on by the bank.  This particular home was on the market as a short sale by an agent who did not have any specialized training in doing short sales inAustin,TX.  Now I don’t know the agent personally, and there are certainly many circumstances that factor into a short sale. However, the results – or lack of them in this case – were disastrous for the homeowner, a family, a neighbor.
