Expanded Property Header
 
When an Agent is assigned a property, the “Property Header”will display critical information for that property. This header allows the Agent to see pertinent property information at-a-glance.  Parts of the header also allow Agents to access and update to different sections of the property pages they are working on.  The newly-expanded property header has made it easier than ever to see exactly where a property is in the process.  Agents can track property status, offers, list date, messages, and much more. 
 
The Property Header includes:
 
Main Property photo – This displays the photo the listing Agent has uploaded as the main photo of the property.  Some Servicers will allow this photo to be edited through the property header by clicking on the photo, but many will request the photo through an assigned task.
 
Property Address  and Status– At the top of the header you will see the complete address for the property, as well as the current status of the property
