If ever there was a good indicator that the real estate market is alive and well, one simply needs to look into the skies here in The Woodlands.  Peeking up above the trees are very tall cranes that are working diligently to build some new high rise buildings in The Woodlands Waterway District.  Two new class A office buildings are going up directly across from one another.
Anadarko is building one of these towers adding to their already 30 story headquarters.  The new tower will soar 31 floors and will adjoined to the existing building.  The plan is to create a beautiful workout facility in between the two buildings.
Across the street from Anadarko, The Woodlands Development Company is building a 9 story class A office building.  According to sources, the building is already filling up quickly with pre-leasing commitments.  It is believed that by the time the building is completed that it will already be 100% leased.
