Spring 2012 Housing Inventory in Alamo
After reviewing the inventory of available homes in Blackhawk Country Club this spring now is the time to review the housing market in Alamo. This series of posts will cover our current housing inventory for sale versus last year in: Danville, San Ramon, Blackhawk, Alamo and Walnut Creek.
A look at what Alamo Housing Inventory was in April 2011



And here is a look at how things are at at the end of April 2012 in Alamo:

Single Family Homes Active Inventory for Sale:     50...a 33% decline from 2011

Townhouses & Condos Active Inventory for Sale:    1...a 66% decline from 2011
The results are holding steady with the other communities reviewed so far. Alamo completed the first quarter of 2012 with 47 homes sold versus 18 for the same period in 2011.
