For any Newbies, or seasoned bloggers who haven't stepped out of their comfort zone and attended an ActiveRain meetup or reached out to connect with those at the top of the "leader board" in your area....Diane gives a great account of her initial hesitation and what she found out...ActiveRainers don't bite...well, I can't speak for all ActiveRainers, but everyone was very well behaved at the G&M!

Getting out of my comfort zone Part 2 ~ ActiveRain Meet-up with Maryland AR Rockstars! I was invited to an ActiveRain meet up by a dear AR friend Bridget McGee. If you haven’t met Bridget, especially if you are in Central Maryland, you really should make it a point to met her. She’s kind, outgoing and a fantastic mortgage resource. Bridget mentioned a few of the rainers who would be there, I felt a little intimidated. Margaret Rome, was actually hosting it Martha Brown, Rich Iarossi, Margaret Woda were among the people expected to attend.
