This is my week for handing out kudos for great customer service. Yesterday, it was  Pummel's Home Furnishings, Inc. Rocks! Ganley Subaru of Wickliffe  is where I leased my new Legacy from last week.  The Service Advisor, Jason Bevione is the person I dealt with throughout the debacle with my stolen car.  When he advised me that day that it would be best to either purchase or lease a new Subaru rather that repair my old car, he explained the advantages of leasing very thoroughly.   Jim Santa Maria, one of the Salesmen at Ganley, helped me from there.  Friendly, knowledgeable and made the process quite painless.  I only took one car out for a test drive and that's the one that is sitting in my driveway right now.  Jim was helpful, courteous and a pleasure to work with on this deal.     Of course a manager is always involved.......in steps Ernie Coons, the Used Car Manager, even though this was a new car.  Ernie crunched the numbers and made it all happen.  He worked with me until we came up with a number that I was comfortable with for my monthly payments.  With all due respect, not your typical "used car salesman". ... more
