The Copper Caper
I know I'm not alone...
Another listing of mine was just too tempting so someone felt entitled to break in and steal something.
I've had cast iron radiators removed from a 250 year old house, windows broken, appliances taken. This time it was copper and it's insulting, as they all have been, because my client had replaced the copper when it was stolen before.
I discussed it with my Broker, who gave me a bit of joy, so I thought I'd share.
 
"Copper was stolen from one of my investor's properties," I told him.
And this was after updating him on my current short sales.
"Google the Copper Caper," he said with a glimmer in his eye.
 
My Broker has a mind like a steal trap. He would not be one to pick as an opponent in Trivial Pursuit because he just doesn't forget trivial things. This was no exception.
 
So I googled it. And I'm so glad I did.
