New Home permits hammer out 3 1/2 year high

The great news came out in April 2012 release from the Commerce Department: more permits for beginning work on new homes and apartment complexes were requested in March than for any other month in the last three and a half years! This means that somebody – or, better said, a great many some bodies -- expect demand for new housing to go in the right direction.
