SOME REALLY SMART QUACKERS
I am driving down busy Rt. 12 in Dudley, Mass Tuesday morning.  I look to my left and I see Canada geese waiting on the side walk.  What were they waiting for?  They were waiting for somebody like me to stop and let them cross the street.  I stopped my vehicle and let Mom and Dad and the four goslings cross the street.
Yes they are Canada not Canadian geese.  The babies born in the spring are called goslings.  They are so cute.  What does this have to do with real estate?  Absolutely nothing.  It just made for a cute picture.
