Really!  You really didn’t do that… Did you? Cle Elum Home Inspection ServiceSometimes as a home inspector I just have to shake my head. Or should I say bang my head against a wall.I often think why someone does something and then think, if you are going to do that why do it at all.Case in point... I did a home inspection several months back for a client preparing the home for sale. This in my opinion is always a very prudent move.One of the findings was a very common one. The bathroom exhaust fan was venting into the attic. Not a huge deal in this case and should be easily corrected.
                                So they hire a contractor to come in and do some repairs and clean up. Then I get the infamous call to re-inspect what has been done.So upon going into the attic I find this.
 
                                               Not only is this repair not proper it is failing within a month or so ... more
