100000 points + today and my homeowners association
Today I passed the 100,000 mark! Perhaps with all that unlimited knowledge and friends on AR we can solve a homeowners assn issue...
You see the association has a prohibition against long term guests ... they dont describe "guests" nor do they describe long term... perhaps that is a loophole. Of course there is no long term outside parking and the guy across the street has a truck parked for now close to six weeks. They also have a prohibition on junk cars and a guy at the end of the block has a car he is rebuilding. So using my vast knowledge I think it is unenforceable but at what cost? 
Actually I know the answers and this is just hypothetical... but I do have long term guests and I think they are taking pretty good care of their space. They are guests I am happy to have and wish them the best as they surely enhance my property. The othr day early I got this photo of them STILL sleeping in late ...lol
