Second Time this Week * Out of Area Real Estate Agents want to SHOW MY RENTAL HOMES
I received an e-mail on Sunday from a departing homeowner/client who had been contacted directly by a neighbor regarding a "friend" who is moving into the area from NoVA.  When the "friend" called my clients, they were arranging viewings of properties for Sunday afternoon, and their NoVA agents would be showing them around.  
When my client referred them to me, they said OK.  They never contacted me and never contacted the owners again.



I received an e-mail inquiry from my website today from a NoVA agent - 2 hours away, who wants to show a rental of mine on Friday that is BEING VACATED ON FRIDAY.  I responded that HER clients can view the property online and maybe she should consider referring her rental prospects to a local real estate agent who
1) knows the area * amenities and the features of the GATED COMMUNITY;
2)  has access to our MLS system through our local MLS lockbox key; AND
3) who can get her prospects THROUGH THE MAIN GATE SECURITY.
