Potomac Club-All Of The Homes Are Condominiums But They're Not All The Same
Driving into the Potomac Club neighborhood the first thing you will notice is the clubhouse.  With both indoor and outdoor pools, a rock climbing wall, exercise room and residents club it is the place for residents to gather.  The next thing you will notice is the variety of homes within the neighborhood.  What you might not realize at first is all of the homes within the neighborhood are under condominium ownership.  Touring the  neighborhood you will find three level townhouses which are individual units and 4 level properties which are actually 2 level stacked condominiums.The Potomac Club neighborhood is nearing completion and the remaining new properities are the 2 level stacked condominiums offered by Beazer Homes.  Beazer homes has limited selection of new delivery condominiums left with delivery for Spring 2013.
