New Home Builders Gaining Confidence: This Home is an Example of Why
HousingWire reports this week that new home sales are up this month thanks to buyers taking advantage of low interest rates and affordable prices. Also, builder confidence is at its highest level in 4 years.
We can attest that this report is accurate: We have two clients closing on their own new custom homes in the next 2 months. Coincidentally, they're each buying the same model in the same neighborhood. The builder is Century Communities, the neighborhood is The Reserve at Wheatlands, and the model is the Sequoia. While we were all out together on Father's Day, Marty gave us a tour. It was so stinking awesome that I had to write about it.
