Authentic Northern Mexican Food offered in Katy TX at Taco Grill. Taco Grill is located at 2004 S Mason Road Katy TX and the phone is 281-371-8226. This is my tenth blog out of a series of ten blogs concerning hyper-local small business or individuals operating in Katy or the surrounding areas. Taco Grill is another successful small family owned business in the Katy area. Taco Grill has been open in Katy since 2007 and their family has been in the restaurant business for over 45 years.
 
Taco Grill is open 7 days a week from 11 AM until 9 PM. The food is excellent. The family that owns Taco Grill is originally from Monterrey Mexico and they have brought their excellent Northern Mexican cuisine to Katy TX. This is not typical Tex-Mex food which most folks in the whole metropolis of Houston have grown to love eating over the years. The Mexican served food here in Texas is different than most if not all of the rest of the US including both New Mexico and California. New Mexico has its own very unique style of Mexican food.
