Velda Rose - Mesa AZ is a senior (55+) community located in east Mesa. Homes in this community were constructed in the 1960’s and early 1970’s. The location of this development is central to many services and amenities enjoyed by people with time on their hands. 

The Homes
The homes in Velda Rose – Mesa AZ are efficient for the construction design period. These homes have a natural insulated barrier in their block construction. The community is well laid out and lends itself to a time when neighbors actually enjoyed visiting each other and watching out for one another. There is a good mix of homes of wich most are between 900 square feet and 2000 square feet on the upper end. The single level construction which helps keep cooling costs down. Typical homes in the community are 2 or 3 bedrooms.   
Velda Rose – Mesa AZ has a home owners association (HOA) called Velda Rose Estates and it maintains the common areas and community recreation facilities.
