I have yet to be bored with a post from these guys... I think they are awesome and I always learn something of value... This post is a wonderful reminder that I need to do more community posts and more local events posts... Hope you all enjoy!
 
Yes, I KNOW We're Boring You...... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.  Hey, you, wake up!!  I know we're not giving you much lately to comment on.  First week of the month means market reports, so four of those completed and honestly we could probably use to add some more of those to our monthly agenda!  You know how handy it is when one of your sellers (or buyers) is asking about a particular market and you can send them the link to your latest market report?  Sweeeeeet!!!  Don't need to recreate the wheel, just add additional comments that fit their particular situation.  And all the data we provide probably has you bouncing your head off the keyboard.  Kind of hard to make Median Price, Days on Market and the like exciting unless you've got a personal stake in it! And community posts, we're finally starting to kick those up to the level we should have been doing long ... more
