The beautiful community of Villages of Eastridge in Mesa found itself on the receiving end of some pretty great sales stats for the month of June. With a total of 7 home sales with an average of 38 days on the market, Villages of Eastridge exemplified what it means to sell quality homes in a quality area. 
Of the homes sold in the month of June, the median price per square foot was $86.68. That's a pretty average figure compared to reports on the Villages of Eastridge community in the recent months.
While these reports should be viewed as a trend and since all homes are unique and include factors that June affect value, it is safe to say that calling Villages of Eastridge "home" would be on the top list of recommended communities in the Mesa area.
