So last week, I left you with this blog:  Homefindermaker.Com Challenge: What would I do to makeover my business? LIVE BOLD! Read on!
Tonight and every Monday i am going to leave you with a short progress report good or bad.
I started on Monday with a 2 mile run/walk and took just 28:53 to complete.  Now I hear you already, but I was 288.4 lbs on Monday.
By Saturday, I was able to to a 2 mile non stop run and completed in 23:59.
On Sunday, I took it to 2.75 miles.
I rested today and I weighed in tonight at 286.8   Now I hear you, it's only 1. 6 lbs but the best part is I just ran 6 days straight and I am not sore and ready for tomorrow.
So the makeover is underway.  Stay Tuned Folks.
