SKILLS BANKS ARE DIFFRENT FOR EVERYONE
I can do anything. However, how well I do it remains to be seen. You will notice that in some things you excel with ease and little effort while other things remain a chore or escape you and keep their distance. The things that come natural to you identify with your skills banks and the things that remain distanced are either not your natural calling or you have not learned to summon them correctly
START EXPERIMENTING
The key to knowing what your skills bank are is the use of what is inside you. Sounds simple enough. Take note of yourself under different conditions and those situations will feedback to you your performance and attitude during same. Also, be aware that repetition has to enter in because learning curves are essential and we wont know for sure what is ours truly versus learning how to do something
THERE IS POWER IN KNOWING
When person recognizes their skills bank and knows their strengths and weaknesses, they now can deliberately gravitate toward things that compliment the bank and be cautious around things that don't. Now, we will move with a purpose and results are sure to follow too.  Examples using me are appropriate...
