I've Been Re-Blogged
What a great feeling...I've Been Re-Blogged. To know not only was your post read and commented on, but someone liked it enough to Re-Blog it. It gets even better when it is someone you consider of the highest caliber Active Rain has to offer. This morning I wrote a post (Home Inspection Timing) on my thoughts of having a pre-listing inspection done. Not only would the sale go smoother but may be a deal sweetener if the Buyer knew the home had already been inspected. I was somewhat surprised to see it was Featured but when I noticed it was re-blogged by none other than Lenn Harley I was elated. I have been a huge fan and subscriber of Lenn's since joining Active Rain a few years ago and it made my day knowing she had re-blogged my post. Seems whenever I think a post is great it goes no where and most of my Featured posts were surprises but getting re-blogged by Lenn will definitely make the rest of the day a little sweeter.
