Kwee Huset Realty just sold another waterfront pool house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on a canal in Venice Florida, four houses away from Myakka River. The buyer is a loyal customer who has purchased six properties from me in the past few years.

This house needs works. It is about quarter mile away from The Myakka River Oyster Bar Restaurant at the Myakka River and Tamiami Trail.
The property was on the market for 179 days, and listed by an agent from another company. The loyal customer was happy and excited.  The seller was very thankful - at the closing table she told us that she was three months behind her mortgage payment which she could not afford to pay.
