In hunting around reading being alert to what various authors or coaches list as KEYS for various things I found these 15 ideas for giving up. We might think if we have our blues days or getting depressed giving up is NOT the thing to do. But sometimes LETTING GO of things is freeing to you on your road to happiness.
I also saw a quote that said maybe in our PURSUIT of happiness we ought to pause every once in awhile and just BE HAPPY.
