Yesterday I was showing homes all day to a couple who are moving back to this area after a 19 year hiatus living in several different places in the north eastern part of the US. They still own a home in Pennsylvania which has been on the market for many months. The market where they live is very slow for large luxury homes located in the country. My clients by the way are really nice, intelligent and fun to be around folks. We looked at several homes yesterday and did not rush. They asked several excellent questions and all went very well.   The husband said to me late in the afternoon that back east there is nowhere a home buyer can find master planned communities like we have here in Katy TX and for that matter probably most of Texas. Master Planned Communities in Katy Flourish and I do not see that trend stopping any time soon.
