Yes more good news for Houston..

 
There was a great article in yesterday’s Houston Chronicle which stated that the Houston Real Estate market was definitely turning around in certain areas. Many potential buyers are scrambling the few homes that are inventory. This is also true in the Cinco Ranch area or the Katy area. The market for new and used homes is shrinking. Potential buyers need to realize the days of the great deals and the big discounts are gone. If you have less than a year’s supply of lots left you are not going to be able to come in and get what you want for the price you feel it is. We love to sell homes but we also realize that we have valuable assets on our hands. The time to buy is now; the interest rates have dropped a little from recent weeks!
