What's Wrong With This Picture
This is what I call a Bubba Special.  There are so many things wrong here it's hard to know where to start.  One good thing is when the floor starts to sag just a few quick turns on the jack handle and everything is okay again.  Most older homes in the Memphis area don't have a basement.  So if your planning to purchase a home in Shelby County, Tennessee or Desoto County, Mississippi make sure your home inspector checks the crawl space. ... more
