MR & MRS Sellers is this Broom Clean Home?????
As per the Virginia Regional Sales contract unless the home condition is specified or AS IS, the home seller must deliver the home in a broom clean condition. While the standard of cleaning may differ from person to person or should I say personality to personality ..... However these are few pictures I took of one fo the home where sellers fail to understand the definition of broom clean from their listing agent. Here are few pictures of a home seller who thought their home was broom cleaned:
Cleaning incentives...find quarter, dimes and nickles as a reward while cleaning anywhere and every where .....                                                                             
This is not gross....but just a bit spill and stain in my refrigerator.
 
        
 












Oh..BTW we left some sugar for you to have energy to clean after the mess we are leaving behind.
 


It is clear..sellers have boys and  everyone known ... BOYS ARE BOYS...Second Bath with you know the smell and stain of...
 

 
Enough of humor...so this seller did end up footing a huge bill of cleaning prior to final closing. So ... more
