Hiya gang!  Thanks for stopping by for a visit, just sitting at my desk enjoying a cup of hot coffee and checking in on my various websites and email accounts for work and thought I would point out to those of you in the industry, I am a member of http://www.activerain.com/ and I'm ranked 279 in the state (not that impressive), 4th in Onslow County and 2nd for Jacksonville!  Not too shabby!  I'm also a member of Real Estate 411 http://realestate411.ning.com/profile/McKenzieLaurence, sort of like myspace or facebook, it's a networking site to find great agents and lenders all over the country, still tweaking that site. . .but what does it all mean?!  The more web presence I have the more exposure for my listings, the better agents I can find for clients in other states and locales, the more folks in the industry I can learn from (lenders, appraisers, home stagers, inspectors, builders, etc.) and the more folks like yourself I get to ... more
